Нусхаи чоаи

  At the meeting of the Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-016 under the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S.Osimi on December 28, 2021 a successful defense of a thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences by Director of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Amirzoda Orif Hamid on "Scientific and applied principles of water use process management and hydro-chemical characteristics of water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan" took place.

  Dissertation work was carried out at the chair "Water supply and drainage" of the Tajik Technical University (TTU) named after academician M.S. Osimi and in the laboratories "Water resources and hydro-physical processes" and "Water quality, hydro- and biogeochemistry" of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (IWPHE NANT).

  Mamatkanov Dushen Mamatkanovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Kobuli Zainalobiddin Vali, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan were appointed as the scientific consultants.

  The official opponents were doctor of technical sciences, associate professor, honored worker of science and technology of the Russian Federation, professor of the chair of hydraulics, water supply and drainage of the Voronezh State Technical University Shcherbakov Vladimir Ivanovich, doctor of technical sciences, professor of the chair "Ecology" of the Mining Institute of Tajikistan Rozikov Zafar Abdukahorovich and doctor of geographical sciences, professor, chair "Tourism and methodology of teaching geography" of the Tajik State Pedagogical University

  The materials of the dissertation work have been used in 78 publications, including 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals of РСС under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, two manuals have been developed, two normative and methodological documents and three patents of the Republic of Tajikistan for invention have been received.

  The thesis consists of an introduction, 6 chapters, general conclusions and annexes. The material is presented on 290 pages of text and contains 55 figures and 42 tables. The list of references includes 184 titles, including 10 in foreign languages.
