Scientific seminar

  On June 26, 2024, a scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. At the seminar, PhD student Sohibov Azam Nuralievich presented his scientific dissertation on the topic "Improving the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of ecological tourism in Tajikistan", which was attended by doctors and scientists.

Joint Seminar of the Institute with IWMI

  On May 28, 2025, the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower, and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, in collaboration with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), established in 1984 as the International Irrigation Management Institute (IIMI), held a joint seminar with the participation of representatives from state and international centers and organizations. 

Participation of the Institute’s Staff in the International Conference on the Protection of Biodiversity and Ecosystems in the Republic of Tajikistan

 On May 16, 2025, the International Conference titled “Protection of Biodiversity and Ecosystems in the Republic of Tajikistan” was held in the Hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

 The conference was attended by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dushanbe, as well as national and international scientists and researchers.
